If I am not in network with your insurance company, I can provide documentation (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for out of network coverage. Please check with your insurance company to determine what they will reimburse for the following CPT codes: 90791 (psychiatric diagnostic evaluation; initial intake code only) and 90837 (individual psychotherapy; 60 minutes)
